Shipping
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at any address (home, work, etc.). Unfortunately we cannot ship to a P.O. box.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders with payments via Bancontact, MasterCard, Visa, KBC/CBC, Belfius, PayPal, IDEAL, will be shipped to:
-Belgium: 1-2 working days after reception of the payment
-The Netherlands & Luxembourg: 2-3 working days after reception of the payment
-All other EU-countries: 3-5 working days after reception of the payment
If you choose to pay via bank transfer, it might take a little longer for us to ship your order, because of the processing time. These orders are shipped as soon as your payment has arrived on our account.
We will contact you in case of longer delivery times.
Please be advised that delivery times may be a little longer during sales periods or other promotional actions!
All orders are usually shipped with TNT/FedEx. After you have received your shipment confirmation e-mail, your order will be delivered within the next few days in most cases. However, we cannot give any guarantees here. If, after a period of 7 days, your order should not have arrived, please make sure to send us an e-mail. We will look into it a.s.a.p.
Do you also deliver on weekends?
No orders are being shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed the next working day.
How much are the shipping costs?
* For shipments inside EUROPE shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout
* For shipments to the REST of THE WORLD, send an e-mail to info@re-volt.be
* Pick-up in our warehouse in Gent is free of charge.
How do I know when my order is being shipped?
As soon as your order is leaving, you will receive an e-mail from TNT/FedEx with a confirmation of the planned delivery date. Via this mail you still have a possibility to change the delivery date, should another time come out better for you. Changing your address however, is not possible via the TNT/FedEx confirmation e-mail.
How does pick-up in Gent work?
If you have chosen to pick up your order in our warehouse in Gent, please notify us briefly, via e-mail or phone, when you wish to collect your order. You can reach us at info@re-volt.be or call +32 (0)9 336 42 37 (weekdays from 9 to 12 am and 1 to 4.30 pm).
