How to order

Follow these steps to order at 

1. Select a product and add it to your shopping cart. After that, you can continue shopping or complete your order. 

2. If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the previous step. If you're finished, you can complete your order immediately. 

3. In your shopping cart, you can overview the products of your choice and make changes if necessary. You can also calculate shipping rates here, use a coupon or discount code, change the number of products, ...

4. Click "go to checkout". 

5. Fill out the form with requested information. Mandatory fields are those fields showing an * logo. Tick box "I accept the general terms and conditions" and click "complete order". 

6. As soon as your order is confirmed and your payment via Mollie is accepted, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of the ordered products, number, price, method of payment and delivery address. You will also receive this e-mail when paying via bank transfer. 

How long will my order remain reserved? 

Each order paid via bank transfer, will be reserved for 8 days. If we have not received your payment within this period, the ordered products are restocked in our store automatically. 

How do I know if my order was completed successfully? 

Shortly after ordering, you will receive a confirmation of your order. If you should not have received this confirmation, feel free to contact us at

Can I cancel my order? 

After placing your order and completing your payment, it is processed through our system and can no longer be cancelled. In some particular cases, there is a short period of time in which the order can be cancelled anyway. Therefore it is necessary to contact us via a.s.a.p. Don't forget to mention your order number.
